Former first lady Rosalynn Carter passed away Sunday. People around the world are still remembering and honoring her legacy. She made her mark everywhere she went, but for friends and neighbors in her hometown Plains, Georgia, she meant so much. FOX 5 met another person who knew the first lady and her family very well.
