Tex McIver retrial gets underway

A former high-profile Atlanta-area attorney goes back on trial and could face the rest of his life locked up if convicted. Prosecutors accused Tex McIver of killing his wife Diane back in 2016. A jury convicted him of it, but the state Supreme Court threw out the conviction saying jurors weren't given proper instructions.
