Neighbor remembers man killed in house fire

A multi-agency investigation is underway in Hogansville where police found the body of a man inside a raging fire last night. Although they have not identified the man, a neighbor told FOX 5 she knew the victim very well and says she even gave him a smoke detector just hours before the tragedy.
