Dad charged in 4-year-old's shooting death

East Point police arrested Damarkis Perdue and charged him with the death of his 4-year-old daughter, Kamaiyah Perdue. Police say the child got ahold of her father's handgun on New Year's Eve and shot herself at their apartment in the Martel Homes complex.
