Armed woman surrenders after Grayson SWAT standoff

Shawndia Rogers was charged in connection to a domestic dispute incident, fleeing from police, dragging an officer, and then barricading herself in a Grayson home with her four children, prompting a SWAT standoff. It happened in the Hawthorn Glen neighborhood.
