Atlanta joins bid for 2027 Women's World Cup host

Atlanta is hosting 8 World Cup matches in 2026, but the city is already looking ahead to 2027 and the Women's World Cup. U.S. Soccer officials gave FIFA a tour of Mercedes-Benz Stadium, as part of a joint bid with the American and the Mexican football associations to host.
