DA to pursue charges against teen driver

After police announced there would be no criminal charges against an 18-year-old driver in the death of 4-year-old Abigail Hernandez, the district attorney said she did intent to press charges. Dozens of people gathered outside the Gwinnett County courthouse demanding justice for the child.
