Jailtime for Doraville DUIs a toss up, records show

A DUI involving a former city councilman alerted Doraville constituents to a discrepancy. Records show that driving under the influence in Doraville may land the offender in jail, or with a ride home, depending on how many police are on the road. The FOX 5 I-Team took a closer look.
