Salvation Army, Donnie's Donuts celebrate Donut Day
National Donut Day was created in 1938 to honor the Salvation Army's 'donut lassies.' The Salvation Army's Major Thomas McWilliams and Donnie's Donut owner Patti Summerlin stopped by the Good Day studio to share of the delicious baked goods and talk about celebrating the special day.
