Backlash as MARTA plans station refurbishment

MARTA leaders defend their plan to shut down the Five Points Station to pedestrians and bus access starting next month. They plan to renovate the transit hub in Downtown Atlanta over the next four years. They have gotten a lot of backlash from riders who say it’s going to create a commuting and accessibility nightmare.
