Lorraine Cochran-Johnson addresses runoff lead

Former Commissioner Lorraine Cochran-Johnson spoke to FOX 5 during her runoff election night party. She acknowledged her current lead against Larry Johnson and said she was looking forward to being DeKalb County's next CEO.
