Opposition to new Fulton County Jail

Opposition to building a new Fulton County Jail is growing. A new coalition of nonprofits and community groups says the county should be focusing on diversion programs instead. But the sheriff’s office says a new jail is essential to solving the fatal flaws plaguing the facility.
