Apartment owner fined for numerous code violations

The fight for quality housing in southwest Atlanta has new development. Hundreds of code violations at the Fairburn-Gordon Apartments continue to plague those who live there. The landlord just paid a 35,000 fine late Friday after missing a court-imposed Thursday deadline.
