Armed teen accused of terrorizing neighborhood

A Polk County woman exclusively shared doorbell camera of young teen, she says, has been terrorizing her small border community for months with FOX 5. The video was taken in the middle of the night and shows the teen in tactical, armed with what appears to be a hand. That teen is since been arrested.
