Harris says Walz is 'partner' in presidential race

After weeks of speculation, Vice President Kamala Harris chose Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz as her running-mate. The two are planning to hit the ground running, first appearing at a rally in Philadelphia earlier tonight before heading off on a seven-state campaign tour over the next week.
