Former Gov. Nathan Deal has long been dedicated to improving literacy rates in Georgia, and now he's taking that passion he shared with his late wife and turning it into a special children's book. Deal talked with Joanne Feldman about the inspiration behind ''Veto - The Governor's Cat.''
