Gwinnett County Macys to get $16.5M makeover

The Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners has approved a $16.5 million deal to buy and redevelop the Macy's building at the Gwinnett Place Mall. The County plans to build a mixed-use development that would include apartments, office space and a park.
