Hurricane Helene Thursday 2:30 p.m. update

FOX 5 Storm Team meteorologist Jeff Hill has an update on Hurricane Helene, which is expected to become a Category 3 storm before it makes landfall. Tropical storm conditions for our area begin late Thursday night.
