Atlanta City Council propose noise ordinance changes

Under Atlanta City Council's newly proposed changes to the noise ordinance, bar and club owners in Atlanta could potentially lose their alcohol licenses if they’re found in violation. Some voiced their concerns about it at a meeting on Monday.
