Rockdale County commissioners file suit against BioLab

Three weeks after a fire broke out at the Rockdale County BioLab, releasing a massive plume of chemical smoke into the air, the Rockdale County commissioners announced they're filing a lawsuit against the company and its parent company, Kik Consumer Products.
