Convicted killer Richard Merritt back in court

Convicted killer Richard Merritt was back in court this week. He's arguing for a new trial, after a DeKalb County jury found him guilty last year of stabbing his own mother to death. He says his trial lawyer was ineffective. The FOX5 I-Team has covered this case for seven years, going back to allegations Merritt stole money from clients.
