Video shows violent kidnapping, police say

The Gwinnett County Police Department has arrested a mother and daughter who they say punched a Department of Human Services employee and kidnapped two children. Starlita Moore and her 19-year-old daughter, Teisha Schulters, face a number of charges including kidnapping, battery, and cruelty to children.
