High-speed chase: Wanted SC man runs from officers

Police in Seneca, South Carolina had put out a national All points bulletin for 20-year-old Emanual Williams, who police say fled in a stolen car after opening fire on his family during a domestic dispute. Gwinnett County police spotted him and tried to pull him over, but ended up in a high-speed chase.
