Ex-Woodstock officer won't serve time after killing man
Emmanuel Millard, 20, was shot and killed by a Woodstock police officer after allegedly trying to evade a traffic stop in Cobb County. Grant Shaw pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter, but the judge suspended his ten year sentence for 500 hours of community service. FOX 5 Atlanta heard from Millard's family's lawyer.
