Judge weighs charges against officer in wrongful arrest

A judge is hearing evidence to determine if an Atlanta police officer should face charges. This is related to the case of Ladavious McNair who was cleared of charges related to a road rage shooting in 2023. Defense attorneys say the officer knew there was evidence pointing to someone else but still knowingly pursued the wrong person.
