Georgia's support gave Chip Carter 'goosebumps'

Former President Jimmy Carter's son, Chip, started his funeral remarks by thanking the people of Georgia for supporting his family as they prepare to bury his father. He said there were people spreading love from every overpass the motorcade drove by.
