Wildfire state of emergency in Southern California

More on the fires there, it is now confirmed that more than a thousand structures have been burned and at least two people are dead. Businessman and former Los Angeles mayoral candidate Rick Caruso says there are lack of resources. And says there are tough questions the city's mayor and leaders will have to answer.
