Rome baby had 29 broken bones; parents arrested

Savannah Carol-Louise Cox and Shane Avery Moore are both charged with aggravated battery and first-degree cruelty to children after doctors found their 6-month-old child was found to have suffered 29 broken bones, which were in various states of healing.
