Woman must repay nonprofit donations

A woman accused of skimming donations from her own charity has to pay back what she owes. A judge ruled Sarah Koeppen misappropriated tens of thousands of dollars from her charity - The Hope Box. The Georgia Secretary of State says she spent that money on personal items, dinner parties, even a car.
