'World's dumbest criminal' wanted in Senoia

Senoia police are waiting for 25-year-old Aleefa Sumpter to turn herself in. She's been dubbed "the world's dumbest criminal" for allegedly paying for her court fines with credit info she allegedly stole from a Whataburger drive-thru customer.
