Appeals court throws out new charges in Grinstead case

An appeals court has thrown out pending charges against two men previously convicted in the 2005 disappearance and death of Tara Grinstead. Grinstead was a beloved teacher and beauty queen who suddenly went missing from her home in Irwin County.
