Letter alleging corruption and fraud

A bombshell letter at Atlanta's City Hall raised eyebrows all day. It was written by a handful of inspector general employees and sent to the mayor and council on Monday. it requests the U.S. Attorney’s Office, FBI and the state Attorney General take over many of the criminal investigations the IG's Office was looking into.
