Bowen Homes housing project breaks ground
Three decades ago, Atlanta began the process of tearing down all public housing projects. The last to go was the Bowen Homes back in 2009. Today, the City of Atlanta held a ground breaking ceremony for the reimagined and rebuilt Bowen Homes.
