4-year-old calls 911 to report mom

A 4-year-old Wisconsin boy named Dez'riel Lowery was really upset when he thought his mom ate his ice cream. He was so upset, he called 911 and told them his mom was being bad and needed to go to jail. Fortunately, he changed his mind.
