Kenneth Perry sentenced to life in prison

The man who was found guilty of raping and murdering a woman and her brother in 1990 was sentenced. DeKalb County Superior Court Judge Shondeana Morris ruled that Kenneth Perry will spend the rest of his life behind bars.
