Who's spending my food stamps? EBT scam circulates

Erica Willis says she got her food stamps on March 13. After spending some at a store near her home on Cleveland Avenue, she says she received a notification that someone spent more than $700 of her benefits at a supermarket in Chamblee that she claims she's never been to.
