Rapper Young Scooter dies on 39th birthday

Atlanta rapper Young Scooter was identified as the man who died shortly after a confrontation with the police. Kenneth Bailey, the rapper's legal name, suffered from a leg injury and was rushed to the hospital. Investigators say officers did not discharge any weapons.
