The suspect, identified as Santario Barnwell, reportedly pepper sprayed multiple employees at the restaurant before snatching the cash drawer from the drive-thru. The suspect then led police on a chase, smashing into an innocent driver who died. The victim was identified as 26-year-old Richard O. Wells, Jr.
