Teen killed minding his own business: police

Demarrion Carter, 14, was shot and killed while sitting outside his house. His mother said she was too distraught to try and piece together words about the tragedy. His mentor spoke with FOX 5 Atlanta, talking about Carter's integrity and impeccable sense of responsibility. That shooter is still on the run.
