Shapiro's suspected arsonist arrested, identified

Pennsylvania State Police have arrested 38-year-old Cody Balmer of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, and charged him with terrorism, attempted murder and arson. Balmer is accused of breaking into Gov. Josh Shapiro's residence and starting a fire while he and his family slept. Fortunately, there were no reported injuries.
