I-Team: Family sues Cobb County over inmate's beating

Last month, the FOX 5 I-Team shared chilling video of a Cobb County inmate being punched and put in a chokehold while in custody. The sheriff's office says the case is now under investigation and won't comment, but the man's family is talking.
