Police lieutenant killed in car crash

Flags are at half-staff following the crash that killed Police Lieutenant Helio Garcia. South Fulton residents say the stretch of road where the officer died Tuesday night is very dangerous. Homeowners say drivers speed up and down Flat Shoals Road daily.
