Officer out of surgery, recovering in ICU

A South Fulton police officer shot while helping at a traffic stop Friday is still in the hospital but is doing better. The South Fulton Police Department says Lt. Charles Cook is out of surgery and is recovering in the ICU at Grady Memorial Hospital
