Residents get extension at condemned apartments

One city in metro Atlanta says it will condemn an apartment complex where residents say they are being illegally evicted. People who live at Chelsea Gardens Apartments in College Park were told they had a matter of days to move. City officials are changing their tune – as residents rallied outside City Hall.
