Fulton County DA announces charges against two officers

The Fulton County DA, in the death of Rayshard Brooks, has filed 11 charges, including felony murder and multiple counts of assault with a deadly weapon for Officer Garrett Rolfe and Officer Devin Brosnan faces 3 charges including aggravated assault.
