Parents file lawsuit against city of Atlanta in Secoriea Turner case

The parents of 8-year-old Secoriea Turner announced that they are filing a civil lawsuit against the city of Atlanta. Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms, Atlanta Police Chief Rodney Bryant and Atlanta City Council Member Joyce Shepard were also listed in the lawsuit.
