Clayton County Sheriff's attorney claims Gov. Brian Kemp's panel broke the law

The attorney for suspended Clayton County Sheriff Victor Hill penned a letter to Gov. Brian Kemp, who ordered Hill's suspension on the recommendation of a commission report. The attorney said it was illegal for the commission report to be released the the public.
