Man accused of shooting Secoriea Turner charged in separate incident

Atlanta police said Julian Conley and Jerrion McKinney are suspects in a gun incident that took place minutes before Secoriea Turner was killed. Fulton County District Attorney has asked the GBI to investigate the possibility of gang activity.
