Felicia Moore headed to runoff in Atlanta Mayoral race

Atlanta City Council President Felicia Moore places first in the mayoral election on Tuesday. While she did get more than 40 percent of the votes, she did not get a clear majority meaning she will face the second-place candidate in a runoff at the end of the month.
