Ga Congressman David Scott dies at 80

The long-time Georgia Congressman David Scott has died at the age of 80. The Democrat was in his 12th term serving the states 13th congressional district, which includes parts of Clayton, Cobb, DeKalb, Douglas, Fayette, and Henry County.
